• Foreign authors with no address in Chile enjoy of protection recognized by the international agreements ratified by Chile.

• By the sole fact of the creation of the work, not with standing the convenience of it registration, as a proof of means.

Registration procedure

• Normally it is almost immediate. A specimen of the work must submitted.
  It is possible to confirm or register in Chile foreign author’s works.
